OVERVIEW
Bloodthirsty and Dangerous
is a story about
a race of Celtic vampires known as
"Hemavores", who have existed centuries before the name "Dracula"
terrorized the world. Hemavores are the real creatures that myths are based
on.
Bloodthirsty and Dangerous is not your typical horror/fantasy
script, nor is it a period piece. It deals with social issues as varied
as respect for the environment, egalitarianism, sexual abuse, revenge and
justice. It also deals with the eternal dilemma of coming to terms with
who and what we are.
SYNOPSIS
Our story opens in the year 80 C.E.
(a.d.), after the Romans have conquered
Dolaucothi, a small mountain village in Southern Wales.
A Roman Tribune stumbles across a village
of Hemavores -- bloodthirsty and dangerous creatures of mythic proportions.
A rival Roman soldier, a Centurion,
schemes to take over the village for himself, but his plan backfires when
the Tribune runs across his operation.
A beautiful female Hemavore surprises both of them, and transforms the
Tribune into a Hemavore by mistake.
Two thousand years later, the Tribune finds a home in a small town in the
Pacific-NorthWest, but no rest.
Old enemies terrorize the community and seek revenge, but only the Tribune
and a couple of 15 year old kids can stop them.
